CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Preamble
The natural person (hereinafter — the "Customer"), upon registration in the Telegram bot @tailesmebot and/or on the website https://tailes.me/, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives consent to a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, a natural person registered in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter — the "Operator"), acting as the controller of personal data, to the processing of personal data on the terms set out below.

The Operator's identification details (full name, Individual Taxpayer Number (UNP), passport data) are provided to the Customer upon a justified request to legal@tailes.me within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the request. Such data is protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z (Articles 6, 8), Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ (Article 6), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
This Consent is given in accordance with:
the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated 07.05.2021 "On Personal Data Protection"
Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" — for Customers from the Russian Federation
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) — for Customers from the European Union
1. General Conditions
1.1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with the use of automation tools and without them.
1.2. The Consent takes effect from the moment it is given (pressing the consent button in the Telegram bot @tailesmebot or paying for the Services via Telegram Stars) until it is withdrawn by the Customer or until the purposes of processing are achieved.
1.3. The maximum retention period for personal data is specified in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy: up to 30 days after account deletion; up to 5 years for data related to payments, in accordance with the tax and accounting requirements of the Republic of Belarus.
2. List of Processed Personal Data
2.1. Customer's personal data (parent / legal guardian):

2.2. Personal data of the child (minor ward):
Voluntarily provided by the Customer (parent or legal guardian) in the interface of the Telegram bot @tailesmebot:
child's name
child's age
child's gender
2.3. By providing the child's data, the Customer confirms that they:
are the parent or legal guardian of this child
have authority to give consent on behalf of the child
give consent to the processing of the child's data voluntarily and in the child's interest
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
3.1. Identification of the Customer in the Telegram bot @tailesmebot for placing an order and/or concluding a paid services agreement.
3.2. Content personalization (creating audio tales with the name and characteristics of the Customer's child).
3.3. Establishing feedback with the Customer, sending notifications, processing requests and applications.
3.4. Setting the interface language according to the Customer's selection in the Telegram bot.
3.5. Informing the Customer about the order status, stages of tale creation, and delivery of Materials.
3.6. Processing information related to payment for the Services through the Telegram payment infrastructure (Telegram Stars), as well as refunds and disputes under the procedures provided for by the public offer and Telegram's rules.
3.7. Technical and customer support for issues related to use of the Service.
4. Actions with Personal Data
4.1. The Customer consents to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
4.2. The Customer also consents to the transfer of their personal data to third parties (processors) listed in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy (Anthropic, Fish Audio, Telegram, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean), exclusively for the performance of obligations under the agreement.
4.3. The Customer is informed of and consents to the cross-border transfer of personal data to servers located outside the Republic of Belarus (USA, EU), with the application of applicable contractual, organizational, and technical protection measures.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
5.1. Consent may be withdrawn by the Customer at any time by one of the following means:
sending a message to Telegram @tailesme_support with the note "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing"
sending an email to hello@tailes.me with the same note
independent account deletion via the Telegram bot @tailesmebot ("Settings" section)
5.2. Upon receipt of a consent-withdrawal request, the Operator ceases processing the personal data and destroys it within the timeframes set out in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy (up to 30 calendar days).
5.3. Withdrawal of consent does not apply to data whose retention is required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus (in particular, data related to payments and performance of agreements is retained for up to 5 years).
6. Additional Provisions
6.1. The Customer confirms that they have read the Public Offer (https://tailes.me/terms) and the Privacy Policy (https://tailes.me/privacy).
6.2. The Customer confirms that the information provided about themselves and the child is accurate.
6.3. In the event of changes to the personal data provided, the Customer undertakes to update it in the Telegram bot @tailesmebot in a timely manner or notify the Operator.
